Got some tasty treats from my patients today. Left them in the car and drove to my other clinic. I thought, as soon as I get home I’m going to crack open this box of Red Ribbon cake for dessert. I haven’t had a cake in quite a while, and a tiny tiny sliver probably won’t hurt. And then I opened the damn thing:
The cake seared inside the car by the afternoon heat looked like Puto Binan, and I asked around what this could have been originally. My favorite guess was: Chocolate Mousse. A friend quickly sent this photo. Mystery solved!
